This position will be responsible for supporting testing and troubleshooting of adjustable bed components.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting of products and components
  • First article inspections
  • Collaboration within cross-functional teams
  • Usability testing
  • Support sales and training activities



  • 1-3 years of technical troubleshooting activities; primarily electronics
  • Ability to work through matrix organization, effectively communicating with engineering, project management, and technicians
  • Basic knowledge of quality management systems


Desired Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Basic understanding of electronics and mechanical systems
  • Self motivated, organized, attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of MS Office programs
